Isabelle Offer is a New York and London based photographer interested in storytelling, and portraiture. Isabelle studied at Fine Arts College, and University of the Arts London prior to the covid pandemic. She is now studying at The Fashion Institute of Technology and working as a freelance photographer. She specialises in black and white and cinematic portraiture, focusing on musicians and fashion.
